The following terms and conditions govern all sales made from iveStore.

By submitting your online order to iveStore, indicates that you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of sales.

And it will be at ive Design Studio’s sole discretion to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice before your purchase has been confirmed.

Payment Terms

• Payments accepted on our iveStore is solely by the following means only (NO C.O.D. allowed)
  • PayPal
  • Internet Banking
• And Orders will only be proceeded ONLY upon receipt of payment.

Prices

• All prices indicated in iveStore are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Taxes
  • All prices shown prior to checking out of the order are not inclusive of any Tax or Sales Tax as required by the country of your delivery address.
  • Tax or Sale Tax as required based on the country of the delivery address will only be shown upon checking out, and ive Design Studio reserved the rights to waive off or include at our sole discretion.

Delivery

• Although iveStore accepts order 24/7, we can only process your orders during our operation hours and after receiving of full payment.
• The indications of “Availability within 3 Working Days” are subjected to conditions and are only applicable within Singapore only.
• Delivery options will be as follows
  • Overseas via Standard DHL Delivery Rate
    • Currently, iveStore only offers checking out of goods delivery to Malaysia only. If you are NOT from Singapore or Malaysia, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ,for the delivery rates.
    • For overseas delivery charges indicated online, please note that it is excluding of any special charges for special zones set by DHL and are subjected to adjustment to DHL at the point of delivery and will be charge accordingly.

Our Return Policy is NOT a warranty

In an attempt to provide the best buying experience at iveStore, all goods are subjected to random inspection prior to shipment to us.

Following delivery of the order product, you should examine whether any products are non-compliant, in short supply or damaged.

Within 3 working days from date of receiving the product, you shall notify us, in writing, of any clained shortages, or any damaged, non-compliant or defective products.

As soon as commercially practicable following the receipt of such written notice if deficiency, we will investigate the claim and inform you of our findings, and, at our sole discretion, either to replace or repair the products.

Shipping & Risking during Shipping

• ive Design Studio’s liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the carrier’s terms and conditions of carriage.

Warranty

ive Design Studio warrants that the product will, for a period of one year from the date of shipment of such product to you, be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

At such if warranty is applicable, we agree to repair or replace without charge for labor or material provided that all defective products are returned back to us for inspection within the applicable warranty period, and with the original receipt, provided that the inspection disclosed that the product are of manufacturer’s defects.

Disclaimer of Warranty

• When the products are shipped, their limited warranties applicable to the products are in effect. And certain products may have additional warranties provided by the original manufacturer but not by ive Design Studio Pte Ltd.
