As some form of travelling is unavoidable in my job, I have always tried to travel light with just hand carry luggage.
The reason being, I don’t really enjoy the experience of searching for my check-in luggage on the luggage belt.
For some, their search is ease by having very unique luggage or special markings such as a ribbon tied onto it.
But when I saw “Tag Finder”, a concept design by Donguk Seo, I immediately know this could change my overall flight experience.
“Tag Finder”, is not just your ordinary luggage tag.
Consists of a 2 part device based on RF technology; it alerts the user when both the tags are in close proximity of each other.
Usage is pretty straight forward.
Secure the tag part of the “Tag Finder” on your luggage handle, clip the finder part on your passport and check in your luggage.
When at the luggage conveyor belt, as the Tag & Finder comes within range of each other, a beep would be emitted, alerting the user that his/ her luggage is here and identified.
This is a pretty awesome concept and if anyone seen this in the market, please let me know.
